3.   USPA-specified NOCSAE helmet mandatory for all polo games & tournaments in arena and grass: to be worn by all players at all times while mounted on a horse, involved in all actual polo games.
4.   Player Eligibility: All Players Must be Current USPA Members with a USPA Arena Handicap
4.   Team Eligibility: Total Handicap of Team Must = -2 - 0 Goals (Arena Handicap)
5.   Registration Fee:  FREE for Westchester Polo Club members; $100/player for non-members, required in advance: upon submission of this registration form, a link will appear to pay non-member registration fee.

For a team's registration to be considered, all of the above requirements must be fulfilled.  The club Registration deadline is 5PM, SUNDAY, Nov. 20. The first 4 teams to meet all registration requirements will be admitted, the 5th team will be wait listed until a 6th team enters, and so on.  Once registrations are received, the registration will be reviewed and the Team Captain notified by email that the team is confirmed/wait listed.

As a no-fee tournament, all Players are expected to volunteer with tournament duties when not competing, including goal judging, score keeping, time keeping, etc.
