Corbett Kindergarten Pre-Registration Form for 2023-2024 School Year
Please complete this form if you are interested in having your child attend kindergarten in the Corbett School District (main campus or CAPS) for the 2023-24 school year. Your child needs to be five years of age on or before September 1, 2023 to eligible to enroll in kindergarten.

This form is to determine interest in your child attending kindergarten for the 2023-24 school year and is not an official registration. Registration and additional information will be presented at Kindergarten Kick-off on Wednesday, March 8 at 5pm at the Corbett Grade School.

Your child must live in our district OR have been completed an Application to Attend Online Form be eligible to attend Corbett Grade School or Corbett Arts Program with Spanish (CAPS) to register.  Completing the Application to Attend does NOT guarantee acceptance to Corbett School District.
