Artemis Pre-Event Survey:
Thank you for your interest in participating in Artemis Georgia! Our goal is to engage, encourage and empower women in conservation through hunting, angling and the shooting sports. This form pairs with a registration - you must do both in order to be invited to an event.

Prior to this gathering, we have a few questions to ask you that will help us learn from and improve our program over time. We will also ask you several other questions at the close of events. Thanks in advance for your participation.

Commitment to Shared Values and Respect
The AG community honors, respects, and uplifts people of all races, ethnicities, orientations, gender presentations, experiences, cultures, beliefs, and backgrounds. We strive to be a welcoming community, both in action and in words, intentionally working to identify and breakdown barriers that prevent or discourage participation in hunting, fishing, and shooting sports.
Commitment to Ethical, Conservation Focused Stewardship
The AG community recognizes and promotes hunting and fishing as essential tools to wildlife conservation and stands firm on promoting the highest standards of outdoor ethics. We respect the wildlife we pursue, express gratitude for the sustenance provided and present a positive image to landowners, the non-hunting public and others. We abide by and adhere to all laws and regulations as prescribed by the United States and Georgia governing bodies. Additional information can be found at WRD Regulations Book and in this What License Do I Need chart.
"I have read the Commitments above and promise to uphold them during this and future events" *
