Confirmation Retreat 2022
Please register your youth for the Confirmation Retreat, November 11-12.
We will meet at Camp McDowell on Friday, November 11 at 7 PM and depart on Saturday at 7 PM. We will join the parish on Sunday, November 13 for the 9:00 AM service as the final piece of our retreat. We will meet again on Sunday, December 4 to wrap up our time together and prepare for the Confirmation Service on Wednesday, December 7.

Liability: We (I) authorize an adult, in whose care the minor has been entrusted, to consent to any X-ray examination, anesthetic, medical, surgical or dental diagnosis or treatment, and hospital care, to be rendered to the minor under the general or special supervision and on the advice of any physician or dentist licensed under the provisions of the Medical Practice Act on the medical staff of a licensed hospital, whether such diagnosis or treatment is rendered at the office of said physician or at said hospital.  

The undersigned shall be liable and agree(s) to pay all costs and expenses incurred in connection with such medical and dental services rendered to the aforementioned child pursuant to this authorization.  

Should it be necessary for our (my) child to return home due to medical reasons or otherwise, the undersigned shall assume all transportation costs. 

The undersigned does also hereby give permission for our (my) child to ride in any vehicle designated by the adult in whose care the minor has been entrusted while attending and participating in activities sponsored by Christ Episcopal Church.

For Youth To Sign: I understand there is no use or possession of alcohol, tobacco products, illegal drugs or weapons. I understand that inappropriate sexual behavior will not be tolerated. I will respect the property of the facility and the standards set for these events. If I choose to violate any of these standards I will be removed from the group and sent home immediately at my own expense.
