Avon Recreation and Parks - Trunk Host Registration Form
Thank you for your interest in participating in our first ever Trunk or Treat event! Families, friends, businesses, and local organizations are all welcome to participate! There is no fee to register as a trunk host. 

Hosts will be responsible for decorating their car to a theme and bringing candy to pass out to the trick-or-treaters. 

Location: Sycamore Hills Recreation Area
Day: Saturday
Date: 10/29
Check-in: 10:15 am - 10:45 am
Event: 11 am - 1 pm

Please note...
- All candy must be pre-wrapped 
- Trunks must be "kid friendly"
- An adult must stay with their trunk for the entire event
- In the case of rain, the event will be canceled
- An email confirmation with further details will be sent to all trunk hosts before the event
- Trunk hosts registration ends on October 14th or once all spots have been filled

Get creative and don't forget your costume! We will have a best decorated trunk contest for all participating!
