Hi!  We are excited to be able to offer you quality beef that we raise on our farm! 

  • Corn-fed Holstein, tender and well-marbled
  • No artificial hormones
  • Balanced diet includes non-GMO grain and hay raised on our farm  
  • Antibiotics are used on our farm under the direction of our veterinarian, as needed for management of disease.  No antibiotics are used in at least the last 6 months prior to slaughter. 
  • Packaged for sale in Iowa

    • Pick-up is available at our farm or at one of our seasonal Farmers Market stands.

    Our routine delivery route is the first Friday of each month, and we deliver our Iowa inspected beef within 40 miles of our farm.
