The District 54 Education Foundation invites you to its 26th Annual Golf Outing on June 12, 2023 at the Schaumburg Golf Club. All proceeds from this event will go toward funding breakfast programs, extracurricular grants, STEM programming and emergency financial assistance for School District 54 students and families.
Please fill out this form if you wish to sponsor the outing or attend the dinner. In addition to the sponsor perks listed below, all sponsors will be listed in the golf outing program and thanked on the Foundation's website and social media. Golf includes golf, cart, lunch and dinner. To ensure your logo is included in signage, please complete this form and payment by Friday, May 12, 2023.
