From 22nd - 26th August I am going to be running a mini course on how to develop emotional resilience and prevent emotional overwhelm.

The workshop will be one practice released every day, a worksheet to go along with that lesson and a group call every evening at 6pm UK time on zoom where you can bring your questions.
