A Gentle Path to Joyful Caring Movement ~
There is no better foundation than that of Qigong. Welcome to the beginning of this beautiful, nourishing and ancient modality that is integral to helping us manage our energy levels, regulate health, and balance life. All classes are gentle, refreshing, and slow. No experience is necessary. Start where you are.
Qigong is great for Mobility + Stability + Range of Motion and may: Improve fitness, reduce anxiety and depression, lower blood pressure, relieve chronic pain, strengthen the immune and respiratory systems, and improve overall well-being.

- Sundays ~ 8am Stretch Chi
- Tuesdays ~ 12pm Cardio Chi with weights and props
- Thursday ~12pm Pilates Chi
All levels. No experience necessary. Drop ins welcome. Elements of Qigong and Tai chi are incorporated into classes.
