This form is to be used by 5 Minute communities in Chennai to enter paid orders only. As soon as you submit, an order confirmation email will come to you.

Minimum Order Quantity is Rs.300/- > If order is placed for less than that, it will not be processed.

IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE READ AND PROCEED ONLY IF YOU AGREE TO THIS:
1. While we try to deliver the exact vegetables in the pack, due to various restrictions, we might have to substitute at times or have to refund if the product is not available. Please be aware of the same.
2. There is no guarantee that you will receive your produce on the Expected Delivery Dates - due to various lockdown and police restrictions, we will try and deliver on a 'best case' basis.
3. We deliver raw mangoes only.
4. Usually there is a limit of 5 kg per mango variety per week per address.
5. Items purchased through 5 Minute Farmers cannot be resold and are for end user consumption only.
