Redhills: Action Learning Groups -  space to share, learn and plan
As part of our next steps following the first annual Little Big Meeting in September 2023, Redhills would like to offer the opportunity to be involved in a series of action learning groups.

The action learning programme is free and a good opportunity for professional development within your organisation.

We are offering three groups, around the themes of:

1. Youth democracy and voice
Can we harness the inspirational, democratic heritage of Redhills to empower a new generation of young leaders in County Durham? What challenges does the sector face in supporting young people to become educators on youth issues, decision makers on matters that affect them and ambassadors for their places?

2. Sustainability and space
Infrastructure and physical capacity: How does the sector find and secure the space to work, learn and create? What would a sustainable community assets strategy look like for the third sector? How can we best manage relationships between public, private and third sector?

3. Sector wellbeing
Health and wellbeing focus: how can we as a sector become better at helping the helpers? How do we champion our work? What are the strategies to avoid burnout? What is best practice for volunteer management strategies? What does rest look like in poorly resourced, purpose-driven organisations?

Please use this form to register your interest by 19th April 2024 in participating in one or more of the action learning groups below.
