Concerning the 'unito' 14 night stay plan -
This plan allows one to rent a "Diverseas" room as the 14 days self-quarantine requested for visitors to Japan who have tested negative for covid-19.

Applicants:people who have tested negative for covid-19 with PCR test within 14 days of arriving to Japan.
Period of stay: 14 nights and 15 days
Location of hotels: Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, Kyoto, Osaka
Room type: private room
Price: 68,000 yen ~ 86,000 yen (tax and pick-up from airport included)
　　　
*This plan is applicable to visitors who have tested negative for covid-19, and can be used as a place for 14 days self-quarantine. We will not be able to provide when the results of the PCR test positive.
*Note: if you want your pick-up on the day of your arrival, we strongly recommend you to add another 1night for 5,500yen to make it 15nights 16days stay since the required 14days self-quarantine is counted from the following day of your arrival to Japan.

Cancellation policy

① You cannot cancel after payment is confirmed.
② You will not be charged a cancellation fee if your PCR results return positive.
③ You will not be charged a cancellation fee if your flight is suspended.
　＊ In the event of cases 2 and 3, the 5% handling fee for credit cards cannot be returned.
④ Please note that the room may change after payment has been confirmed. Because one still cannot cancel, we will strive to make sure you're moved to a room of the same grade. Please understand in advance.

FAQ

Q1. If it takes more than 2 days to get the result, can I change the check-in & check-out date?
A1. You can change the check-in date. You don't need to change the check-out date since the day you will wait for result will be also counted in 14 days

Q2. Is the price same in any accommodation under this package?
A2. For single person, all accommodation is provided with the same price. However, if you are coming as a couple or family, there may be additional fee. We will let you know the details in the email.

Q3. When should I make payment?
A3. You need to make payment before your arrival in Japan. Please contact us by 5 business days in advance of your flight, and receive the bill.
We take card payment or bank transfer. The transaction fee for international bank transfer is on you.

Q4. Is meal provided at my accommodation during the quarantine?
A4. Meal will not be provided by your accommodation. Please provide yourself. Using food delivery service is advised.

Q5. Is there wifi available?
A5. You will have an access to free wifi service in any room.
