b. 2 Complimentary memberships are included for each vendor and 1 complimentary membership for authors getting half table. If you are a program participant or BSFS member please give another name for the dealer badge that comes with the space.

2. Dealers and their help must have memberships to Balticon 59. Additional purchased memberships are $59. Memberships must be paid before the conventions to get the discount.

3. Decisions will be made by March 1 of 2025. (This means I need your paperwork and check/payment arrangement before March 1, 2025, any received late may be assigned if space is available.)

4. No request will be considered without a description of merchandise to be sold.

5. If you have special requests i.e., wall space, electric, next to someone, let us know and we will try, no promises.

6. There will be no subletting or resale of spaces without permission from the dealers’ room coordinator.

7. Children should have alternate area to go to should they become a problem.

8. Rules for Balticon dealers:

a. NOTHING is allowed to be hung from or leaned against the walls.

b. NOTHING is allowed to be in the aisles. (THIS INCLUDES CHAIRS!)

c. No sound making devices (use headphones).

d. No open flames, this includes candles, oil lamps, and incense.

e. Weapons must be wrapped upon sale.

f. You must be set up for all 4 days. If you have an issue, you must contact the Dealers Room Coordinator to make arrangements.

We need to be clear of the room by 6pm on Monday. There will be a set-up and break down information will be given before and during the convention.
