Family Camp Registration

Fill out this form to register your family for camp. The camp will go from 1:00 pm to 7:30 pm June 11th. The cost is $30 for the whole family and it includes everything: supper, games, teaching sessions, etc. After filling out the form you will not pay until you come to camp on June 11th. Camp takes cash or check please. Thank you.
