2023 February Conference Registration
Please complete the form below in order to attend the SCPAC 2023 Annual Conference in February. After completing the registration form, we will email you an invoice with your total price, based on how you responded to the questions. Please pay your invoice within 5 days of receipt or we will consider your registration void.

We will offer 7 hours of Continuing Education on Friday February  and an additional 7 hours on Saturday February  . You have the option to attend one or both sessions. 
    - Member price is $150 per session ($300 total to attend both days)
    - Non-member price is $200 per session ($400 total to attend both days)
    - Apprentice/Trainee price is $75 per session ($150 total to attend both days)

** We will also be hosting the SCPAC banquet where we induct the new board members on Friday night. Conference attendees are welcome to join at no charge. Additional guests who are not attending the conference would have a $50 fee. Please see conference email blast for location and details. **

Cancellation & Refund Policy: 

All cancellations must be received in writing (either email or mail) prior to the scheduled event. No refunds will be given for “No Shows” or cancellations submitted less than 7 days prior to the event. To make changes or cancellations to your registration, submit your request in writing to the address provided.

Cancel Fees

Up to 15 days prior to the event start date, $25 cancellation Fee.

7-14 days prior to the event start date, $50 cancellation fee.

Less than 7 days prior to the event start date, no refund and payment forfeited
