Blogger Managers are in a unique position of both motivating and encouraging a group of bloggers and carrying out the wishes of their employer by ensuring that bloggers stick to requirements. It can be a lonely task and we have decided to start a subsidiary group to BVN for the sole purpose of supporting Blogger Managers.

The group aims to be a place where Blogger Managers can ask for help and advice, share ideas and network with other Blogger Managers.

The Golden Rule of the group is that no blogger should ever be named and shamed. This group is not about sharing who is considered a 'bad blogger' or criticising someone. If a screenshot needs to be shared to show a photo please ensure their name does not appear and only the 'area' of the photo that you are seeking advice about is included in the chat. For e.g. 'this is a blog for a skirt...am I being picky, would you guys accept this' show only a gyazo/screenshot of the skirt part of the photo.
Any scenario regarding a blogger must be anonymised to protect the identity of the blogger.

We are all managers and should be able to speak our mind. The group will be self-policing, If you see someone breaking the rule above please address it immediately, Everyone will have agreed not to do it and it's vital this group does not become a negative place.
