25% - 50% scholarship are available for Mauritian students but limited.

4. Eligibility Requirements

4.1 ENTRANCE SCHOLARSHIP

(i) SC/GCE ‘O’ Level with credits in five subjects obtained at one or two sittings;
(ii) HSC/GCE ‘A’ level minimum BBC up to A*A*A* in three subjects at Principal level obtained at one or two sittings; and
(iii) Credit in General Paper or IELTS 6.5
(iv) Applicable for students who did HSC/GCE ‘A’ level exams or equivalent in 2021.

4.2 SPORT SCHOLARSHIP

(i) National player
(ii) Meet entry requirement for the chosen degree course
(iii) Interview required

4.3 BURSARY

(i) Meet entry requirement for the chosen degree course.
(ii) Registration to the chosen university has to be done early.

Alternative qualifications equivalent to the above will also be considered.  It is the responsibility of candidates to provide any relevant documentation relating to the equivalence of certificates.

Certification of documents is done for FREE. Applicants should bring original and copies of all supporting documents.

Note: Some universities may require an interview for scholarship of 50% and above. Please check with Malaysia Education Centre for details.

5.2 Responsible parties of applicants not in Mauritius may apply on behalf of their wards.

6. Scholarships are awarded by the universities in Malaysia exclusively for students applying through Malaysia Education Centre.

7. The list of scholarship recipients will be published by Malaysia Education Centre during the year.
