Please complete the following in regard to need for aftercare services which will include Monday due to the 4-day week calendar transition.  Care will be provided for students in grades K-5 on Mondays (8-4) for parents who verify employment schedule need.  The charge per Monday, per student, will be $40/day and will be based on a sliding scale with income verification.  Additionally, aftercare will be still be an option Tuesday-Friday (4-5:30) for $35/week.  Once again parents will need to verify employment schedule to secure a slot and income verification for sliding scale purposes.
