2024 BCM Servant Leadership Team Application
Leadership Term: January - December 2024

As a member of the Servant Leadership Team, we desire to have the same attitude of Jesus (Philippians 2 and Mark 10:45). We want to follow Jesus and lead others to follow Jesus through loving God, loving each other, and loving campus.

Servant Leadership is one of the biggest keys to an effective BCM ministry. Our team members are the catalysts for what happens in our ministry. While it provides a chance to build friendships and serve with other BCM friends, it isn't for everyone. It requires a year-long steady commitment to the team responsibilities you have been placed in for the next year.

Therefore, please consider this matter prayerfully and answer the questions thoroughly.

Applications must be received by 11:59pm on November 17.

Application process:
1. Take a look at the leadership expectations and team descriptions.
2. Pray about your involvement and application.
3. Talk with someone (a godly friend/leader/mentor) who knows you well.
4. Submit the online application by November 17.
5. Meet with Kim and/or Kyle between November 27 - November 30.

Leaders will be placed and announced by December 1.
