By completing this form, you apply to be admitted to the Sydney Kyudo Kai's Beginner Course.
Please note that:
  • You will become a temporary member of the Sydney Kyudo Kai for the duration of the course for insurance purposes.
  • You are able to attend all dates of the Spring 2023 Course (Sunday October 8, October 22, November 5 and November 19, 2023).
  • You meet the minimum age requirement of 16 years. If you are under 18 years old, please let us know so we can provide you with a consent form.
  • Your registration is completed by transferring the course fee as outlined below!

In the event of you becoming a full member of the Sydney Kyudo Kai upon finishing the course, the applicant:
a) agrees to be bound by the Constitution of the Sydney Kyudo Kai
b) acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with engaging in Kyudo
