About REALNation
REALNation is a group of 200+ real women who are all weaving fitness into our real lives -- complete with kids, work, relationships, school, travel, and aaaaaall the things.

This whole thing started when I had my daughter, Ella, in 2018. We were moving across the country (CA --> NYC), traveling between two countries and four states with a four-month-old, starting new jobs, and barely making any money. Long story short...I needed a fitness routine that would help me get back into a closet full of clothes that no longer fit AND jive with my budget and time constraints.

I found it! I lost 20 lbs working out 100% at home and felt like this was the best kept secret since sliced bread. What started with a Facebook poll among friends has grown into a community of women showing up for themselves each and every day across six countries. We laugh, cry, sweat, smile, and journey together...and we can't WAIT for you to join us!

What is a REALNation Accountability Group?
My REALNation accountability groups takes place on a free, private app where my ladies are all doing a fitness program that meets their goals (there are 60+ to choose from), dialing in their nutrition, and checking into a community of real women who are committed to showing up for their health. Imagine a "virtual locker room" filled with women cheering you on and thinking you are amazing each and every day. What's not to love?

Our goal is not to chase a body type or a pant size, but to create a fitness routine that can help you build a body that can DO the things you love and need to do (hiking, twirling your kids, hauling your groceries, etc.) for and with the PEOPLE you love. As your coach, I or a member of my coaching team post daily tips, recipes, videos, articles, mini-challenges, and motivation. As a  challenger, YOU post your daily "check-in," which includes a picture of your workout, superfoods, lunch, dinner, daily food log, etc. You can also ask me questions within this group, share struggles, and celebrate wins (and you'll have them!).
