NOTICE: If your organization is applying to receive funding for anything other than an inter-collegiate activity, competition or exhibition, you must fill out and FAC application for funding instead of this form. This ICA application applies to organizations who would like to apply for funding so that they can participate in a game, contest, concert or other similar event at another University (i.e. Club Sports Teams).
