DLeNM Early Childhood (PK-1) GLAD® Five-day Training, Spring 2023  Registration Form (targeting PK-1st)

Part 1: Research and Theory Workshop – April 17, 2023
Part 2: In-person Classroom Demonstration – April 18-21, 2023

This is a certification training.  In order to receive an OCDE Early Childhood GLAD® certificate, participant must attend all five days of training and meet all strategy planning and preparation requirements given at time of classroom demonstration.    
Times:  8:30 am - 3:30 pm MST  (with breaks and a 1-hour lunch)

Location:  Albuquerque, Navajo Elementary School

Total Cost:  $890 per person including a GLAD® Handbook

ALL Purchase Orders, P-card/credit card payments or checks must be received by Monday, April 3, 2023. 

ATTENDANCE POLICY: Attendance is restricted to participants who are registered and have submitted payment by the advertised deadlines. Regulations require payment for professional development in advance in the form of PO, Pcard, credit card or check.  DLeNM cannot admit anyone who has not registered and submitted proper payment before training begins.  Registrants may NOT be substituted after training has commenced.***

CANCELLATION POLICY:  All cancellations must be submitted in writing to accounting@dlenm.org no later than 5 business days prior to the start time of the training for a refund, less a $50 processing fee.   Once training commences, no refunds will be given. Training dates of participants may not be substituted or transferred.

GLAD® CERTIFICATION: If certification is desired, it is the participant's responsibility to meet all attendance and certification requirements at the time the Early Childhood GLAD® training is initially provided.  Makeup opportunities are dependent upon training availability and must be completed by June 30, 2023.
