2024 CIC Notice of Complaint
You must fill out this form by 11:59 pm (based on the time zone of your assigned Tournament, whether that be Regionals or ORCS) the Sunday of your Tournament if you intend to file a complaint with the CIC regarding egregious invention of fact (as defined by Rule 7.21) and would like CIC to consider any remedy that would result in a change of points, ballots, or round outcome.

Submission of this form does not constitute the filing of a formal complaint.  To file a formal complaint, you must fill out this Complaint Form by 4:00 pm Central the Monday after your Tournament.  For the CIC to consider remedies that would result in a change of points, ballots, or round outcome, the complainant must include copies of the ballots from the round at issue with its official complaint.

If you do not have a video of the round but the other team recorded the round, the CIC will handle requesting a copy of the video. 
I understand that, for the CIC to consider remedies that would result in a change of points, ballots, or round outcome, we must provide copies of the ballots and comment sheets from the round at issue as part of the official complaint due by 4:00 pm Central the Monday after our assigned Tournament.  *
Finally, I understand that the submitting of this Notice alone does not constitute a formal submission of a complaint. In order to formally submit a complaint, my team will also need to complete the formal Complaint Form. I further understand that failing to complete the formal complaint form by 4:00 pm Central the Monday after our assigned Tournament may constitute a waiver of any complaint.  *
