The Association for Rural and Small Libraries (ARSL) Conference Scholarships are given to individuals who have not previously attended an ARSL Conference. The Dr. Bernard Vavrek Scholarship award includes conference registration, hotel accommodations for three nights, a $500 travel stipend , and a free one-year membership in ARSL.  Applicant must be a current Library and Information Science student and a first time conference attendee. If you have attended an ARSL conference previously, you are not eligible for this scholarship.  Deadline for submission of applications is 5:00 pm (Central Time) on Friday, May 28, 2021.
