NYU Graduate Events: Group Event Request Form
Thank you for your interest in NYU! 

This form is intended for groups of 10 or more people who wish to visit NYU's Washington Square Campus or would like to request a private, virtual admissions event. We ask that you submit this form at least three weeks in advance of the date you'd like to visit. 

At present, we only able to give tours on weekdays, typically between 10am and 3pm (subject to change). After hours virtual events are subject to availability. While we work as hard as possible to honor all group requests, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to accommodate the date and time you request.

Tell us a little about your group. Are you affiliated with a particular national organization or group (e.g. McNair Scholars, TRiO, etc.)? Or, are your students interested in a particular subject area or NYU school (e.g. STEM, arts, education, etc.)? Please share anything that may help us learn more about how to best support your group.
Event Type
We may be able to offer additional opportunities to engage with NYU during your visit! Subject to staff availability, we offer the option to pair your tour with a  prospective student info session or current student panel. 

An info session would provide an overview of NYU graduate and professional programs and generally outline the graduate application process generally. This option is good for groups with students at the beginning of their graduate school search process. 

A student panel would allow visitors to ask current graduate students questions about their experience at NYU. Student panels can be a great option for both prospective students, admitted students, and new NYU graduate students. These sessions typically last between 30 minutes to an 1 hour.
