Chill Out and Proud 2022 Volunteer Application
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with PFLAG Somerset for Chill Out and Proud 2022! We have a great event planned and it will take a robust volunteer team to run smoothly. Volunteers earn free admission to the festival! There will be a volunteer meeting at Festival Field Sunday, October 16th, at 2:00PM. Please only sign up if you know you are able to attend the training, the festival, and assist with whatever you have committed to. Setup/Cleanup Squad (help setup/cleanup for event)
8 volunteers needed (4 for set-up/4 for break-down)

Sound Team (help unload/reload sound equipment)
4 volunteers needed

Community Involvement (assist with festival activities such as lawn games,
community art pieces, pumpkin carving, etc.)
2 volunteers needed

Admissions Tent (aid in ticketing)
3 volunteers needed

Logistics (porta-potties/trash)
2 full day volunteers needed for periodic checks for restock/cleanliness

PFLAG Table (aid with membership forms/questions)
2 volunteers needed (3 hours each) - must be PFLAG Somerset members

Merch Table (aid with merchandise sales)
2 volunteers needed – must be PFLAG Somerset members
