Good Shepherd Catholic Church Faith Formation Registration 2020/2021
Registration for Faith Formation is now open.  Calendars for Faith Formation Sessions are complete.  Curriculum is being looked into for in class sessions with a possible potential for virtual catechesis as well.  Classes will follow state recommendations on the current pandemic.  Parents or guardians can register their children for Faith Formation using this form.  

Cost is $35 per child with a maximum of $75 per family for parishioners.  Non-parishioners cost is $50 per child.  You may register online & pay online at https://secure.etransfer.com/EFT/BlockCodePayment/payment1.cfm?d2org=GoodShepherdCC&d2tool=Catechesis or you may pay in office.
