Western Regional Noyce Alliance (WRNA) Mathematics Networking Meeting at CMC Event Registration

Join us for the Western Regional Noyce Alliance (WNRA) Networking Gathering Event at one of the California Mathematics Conference (CMC) conferences this fall! Connect and share with other Noyce colleagues! The networking event will focus on planning and debriefing your conference experience, networking with colleagues with similar interests from other Noyce programs, and developing a plan to take what you learn at the conference back to your classroom, school, and district. The Friday night session will include a poster session where participants can share data and results from teaching projects they have been working on as a way of connecting with others. Food will be served at all sessions!

WHEN:
CMC North at Asilomar: Friday, December 6th, 4-6 pm and Sunday, December 8th, 7:30 - 8:45 am
CMC South in Palm Springs: Thursday, November 14th, 7-9 pm and Saturday, November 16th, 4:45 - 6:30 pm at the Cactus room at the Renaissance Palm Springs.

STIPENDS: A stipend of $200 will be provided for the first 50 Noyce program members to sign-up for and attend both sessions at either CMC North or CMC South. If you wish to present a poster at the Friday session, please indicate this below. We will reimburse up to $50 of the cost of printing a poster. Limited travel funds are available.

REGISTRATION: Complete this GOOGLE form and register for one of the CMC conferences (see below).

MINI-GRANTS: On Sunday, participants can apply for a mini-grant for up to $500 to support taking the work of this conference back to build on this networking. Come with your ideas! Applications will be emailed to you when you register.

The networking meeting is open to anyone involved with an active Noyce program and Noyce Alums. Funding is available to anyone involved with an active Noyce program.
