Welcome to First U Faith Development.  We offer Sunday School classes and so much more.  Please fill out the form (separate forms for each child, please!).

The information you provide is for the purpose of serving your family's ministry needs and providing the best and safest faith development experience for your child(ren).  Your information will be treated with sensitivity.  The database will be made available to the Faith Development staff for the purposes of communication.  Special needs information will be shared with teachers.  Each parent's E-mail address will be entered into our secure E-mail contact list so we may send you regular updates.  We will send occasional mailings.  Is this acceptable?  Please initial below.
