By answering this survey, you can have a chance to win one of 3 Kick's bursary for the next 2022-2023 season (or your child's/friend's season).
There will be 1 bursary of $500 and 2 bursary of $150 which will be drawn among all the people who have answered before August 5th 11:59 p.m. EST.

GENERAL NOTICE
This survey is for anyone who has already participated or attended a Kick's event aged 12 and over.

Modalities:
- Winners will be announced the week of August 8.
- The survey must have been duly completed.
- The bursary will be paid directly to the athlete's club or school between the 1st and 30th of October.
- The bursary can be applied to registration fees, uniform or any other expense directly related to the athlete's account.
- Respondent must be 12 years of age or older, but the recipient athlete may be younger than 12 years of age.
- The athlete must participate in a Canadian club.
