The purpose of this form is to bring senator or executive violations of any kind to the attention of the Student Government.

Violations include but are not limited to the following categories: attendance and failure to complete required duties.

This form is open to all students, faculty, and staff of the University of Vermont.

The response from this form will be sent (anonymously) to all members of the SGA Judicial Committee and will be dealt with accordingly. If the complaint is about any member of the Judicial Committee, they will immediately be removed from the process. To see how we operate, please view the attached document:
