HEA Leaders invite and encourage all members to attend the 2020-21 General Membership Meeting to be held virtually on Wednesday, Sept 2 @ 4:00PM. The purpose of the meeting is to ratify adoption of the tentative contract changes negotiated between the HEA and HSD.

Approximately 24 hours in advance of the meeting, all proposed contract language changes wll be sent to all members who have a current email address on file with the union and who have not activated contact suppression.

HEA governing documents require 25% of our members to be present (350 members) at the time of the vote in order to achieve a quorum. If we achieve a quorem, a ratification vote will be held using the anonymous polling function embedded in zoom.
