Mark E. Wight, Founder and President of Idaho Estate Planning and is passionate about helping families plan for their futures. Mark has degrees in philosophy and environmental studies from Utah State University and a law degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University.  He is a member of the Idaho State Bar Association, National Care Planning Council, Wealth Counsel, Elder Care Counsel and proudly serves on multiple local senior services organizations.  He has be recognized as AVVO’s top Elder Law Attorney and Expertise’s Top Probate and Estate Planning attorney.

An expert on estate and legacy planning as well as asset protection and tax planning, he has co-authored several manuals for attorneys in the areas of Probate Administration, Estate and Estate Tax Planning, and Asset Protection.
