The Team has read and agrees to abide by the UWHL BYLAWS and the UWHL POLICIES, PROCEDURES AND GUIDELINES (PPG)
The Team has read and agrees to abide by the rules and requirements set forth by USA Hockey, including, but not limited to, the Official Rules of Ice Hockey, Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics, and Zero Tolerance Policy
The Team shall pay 100% of all monies owed to the UWHL on or before the due date. Any Team that submits a late payment agrees to pay the late penalties, as outlined in the UWHL POLICIES, PROCEDURES AND GUIDELINES
League dues, fees, fines, and penalties are non-refundable, except where stated
Only rostered players, coaches, or team officials are allowed on the ice or players’ bench during UWHL/USA Hockey sanctioned events
Alcohol is not permitted in the locker room or on the benches prior to, during, or after the course of any game
Members of the Team shall treat all players, coaches, referees, opponents, spectators, Team Representatives, and the Board with respect
Coach(es) for the Team shall submit the Coach’s Agreement prior to the Team’s first UWHL game
Except as specified herein, this Agreement does not limit any rights of the Team or UWHL created by any other contracts or laws
All rules, regulations and penalties contained within this Agreement shall be effective and enforceable during all games or events sponsored/sanctioned by the UWHL.
The standard of behavior at the United Women’s Hockey League, Inc. (the “Organization”) is that all  board members scrupulously avoid conflicts of interest between the interests of the Organization on  one hand, and personal, professional, and business interests on the other. This includes avoiding  potential and actual conflicts of interest, as well as perceptions of conflicts of interest.  I understand that the purposes of this policy are to protect the integrity of the Organization's decision making process, to enable our constituencies to have confidence in our integrity, and to protect the  integrity and reputations of board members. Upon or before election, hiring, or appointment, I will  make a full, written disclosure of interests, relationships, and holdings that could potentially result in a  conflict of interest. This written disclosure will be kept on file and I will update it as appropriate.  In the course of meetings or activities, I will disclose any interests in a transaction or decision where I  (including my business or other nonprofit affiliations), my family, and/or my significant other, employer,  or close associates will receive a benefit or gain. After disclosure, I understand that I will be asked to  leave the room for the discussion and will not be permitted to vote on the question.  I understand that this policy is meant to supplement good judgment, and I will respect its spirit as well  as its wording. *
The standard of conduct at the United Women’s Hockey League, Inc. is that all Board members (as defined  by our bylaws) should have respect for players and teams in our league. Each Board member should strive  to act with integrity in their actions both on and off the ice, and should commit to take responsibility, as  individuals and as a Board, for our decisions made collectively and their consequences & outcomes.  I commit to the following: *

The United Women’s Hockey League, Inc. expects all Board members to respect the privacy of  any current, former, or prospective player and maintain player personal information as confidential. This  includes, but is not limited to: Dates of birth, information provided through enforcing the league gender  inclusion policy, and personal medical information. Board members are responsible for maintaining the  confidentiality of information related to other players and volunteers. Failure to maintain confidentiality  may result in a recommendation of removal from the Board, according to the process outlined in the  league bylaws.  This policy is intended to protect Board members as well the United Women’s Hockey League, Inc.  because in extreme cases, violations of this policy also may result in personal liability. *
