Use this form to order your box lunch for the upcoming club meeting or event. At the end of the form you will be directed to our club site to submit payment.

For regular club meetings, lunch must be ordered by Thursday at noon the week before the meeting. For events, the deadline is as provided for the specific event.

You may order in advance for meetings more than one week out if you want to advance order. The date you select for the order will determine when the lunch is delivered. Please make sure you show the correct date for the meeting or event you are ordering the meal for!

Meal charge is usually $19.00 per lunch. This includes a $2.50 service fee and $1.50 sales tax (app). HOWEVER! The Simply Mixed Greens Salad, the Vegetarian Box Lunch, and the Market Fresh Wrap are all $18.00 total.
