Folklore of Football
Research questionnaire - University of Hertfordshire.

By completing this questionnaire you will be taking part in a study about football fan rituals and beliefs. Your responses will be used to enhance understanding of the topic as part of an MA assessed assignment. The questionnaire is anonymous and participation in this study is completely voluntary. Please be aware that if you decide to participate, you may stop participating at any time and you may decide not to answer any specific question.

The researcher will maintain the confidentiality of the research records or data, and all data will be destroyed in 12 months.
