2022 Caledonia Recreation Code of Conduct
It is the goal of the Caledonia Recreation to provide a healthy, safe, secure environment for all participants.  The Caledonia Recreation teaches the core values such as honesty, caring, respect, and responsibility.  Participants of the program are expected to follow the Code of Conduct below and to interact appropriately in a group setting. YOU are responsible for your actions!

Expectations
- All program participants and parents have the responsibility to treat one another, staff, and property with respect.  Program participants shall respect program staff and other participants.
- All program participants and parents have the responsibility to act and behave in a way which does not endanger, intimidate or interfere with the participation of others.  There is zero tolerance for any violent, physical, and/or verbal outbursts by a program participant directed at other participants or program staff.  No fighting, or bullying or any other forms of aggressive behavior allowed.
- All program participants have the responsibility to listen and follow the instructions given by the program staff, including following the rules of all games and activities.  Inappropriate language shall not be tolerated.
- All program participants shall respect facilities, equipment, supplies, and the personal property of others.  Any participant that intentionally damages any facilities, equipment, supplies, or the personal property of others shall be removed from the program.
- Program staff shall not be responsible for program participants loss of items.
- Cigarettes or any tobacco products, alcohol, non-prescription drugs, weapons and pornographic material MUST NOT be brought to the park.

Any breach of the Code of Conduct will initiate a disciplinary action.  The Caledonia Recreation Director reserves the right to appropriate disciplinary action.  This disciplinary action may include having the participant in violation of the code sit out from further participation, suspension of the participant from the program for a specific period, loss of field trip privileges or removal of the participant from the park program for the remainder of the summer.  Note: that a parent/guardian may be requested to pick up a child immediately in the case of a violation of the code.  THERE WILL BE NO PROGRAM REFUNDS FOR PARTICIPANTS AS THE RESULT OF A DISCIPLINARY ACTION ASSOCIATED WITH VIOLATION OF THIS CODE OF CONDUCT.
