JBF Germantown Team Member Application
We are hiring!! JBF Germantown employee positions are NOW open for our Spring Sale, March 20 - 23, 2024.

Do you love attending the JBF sales? Do you want to earn some extra cash - and spend time interacting with other JBF Moms, Dads & Grandparents? Do you enjoy being a part of something great for our community? If you answered 'yes' to any of these questions.... then you want to apply to join our JBF Team!

JBF Team Members serve in many roles during the sale. These include welcoming customers at the entrance, managing the hold area, matching lost tags with items, assisting customers on the sales floor, keeping our sales floor neat and 'shoppable', operating a register, and thanking customers at the exit. Other duties include, helping set up the sales floor, inspection of items, pulling donated items, sort unsold items, and breaking down the sales floor at the end of the week.

We are looking for people who:
🧡Have experience helping customers in a retail environment
💛Enjoy interacting with the public and assisting others
💚Love helping local families take great care of their kids needs and their budgets!
💙Willing to work 24+ hours for the week
💜Interested in temporary / seasonal employment

Candidates would need to:
☑️Be on your feet / walk for a majority of your shift
☑️Bend over / lift up to 25 lbs (depending on the duty for the shift)
☑️Effectively organize the alphabet A-Z for inspection, sort, & breakdown

Team Member PERKS:

📅February 11th ~ applications are available
📅February 19th - March 1st ~ candidates will be notified and Zoom calls scheduled for NEW applications
📅March   8th ~ employee schedules confirmed
📅March 15th ~ all hiring paperwork completed
