The Reading in Hues Book Club is hosted by the Women's Center at UVA's Engaged Scholarship program. This book club meets monthly to discuss and celebrate literature by women and gender-nonconforming authors of color. Our club will meet virtually from October 2021 through April 2022 for a total of six books.

Our next meeting will be held on Thursday, April 21st, 2021 at 6:15 pm. Our selection is Little Gods by Meng Jin. We are so excited to announce that Meng Jin will be in attendance to discuss the novel, share a reading, and answer questions!

For each book club meeting you attend your name will be placed into a drawing for a collection of free books chosen by you. The more you attend, the more chances you have to win!

The meeting will be on Zoom and have an in person viewing option at the Women's Center! The link will be sent out closer to the meeting date, as well as details regarding location.
