Edison Virtual Families,

Each Fraser Elementary will be hosting a school-wide field day event in June. We want to invite our virtual students to attend with their home schools.

Please complete this short form by Friday, May 28, 2021 to help us plan.

Here are some details that we want to inform you of, up front, to help you decide whether or not your child(ren) will participate:

* Transportation will not be provided. You will be responsible for drop off and pick up.  
* We will not be allowing parents/families as spectators during this event.  
* Your virtual student will likely be intermixed with other virtual students in the same grade range.  
* The virtual groups will travel with an Edison staff member.
*Virtual students will not have opportunities to intermix with their peers that attend Edison in-person.
* Virtual students will only enter the building to use the bathroom.  
*Virtual students should bring a water bottle and a snack, clearly labeled with your student's name.
