Context: Further to the Decolonizing subject headings at Red River College in Winnipeg presentation conducted on May 4th; many email requests were received about talking points and to continue this conversation.

Cataloguing professional: Marilyn Cameron is a settler library technician at Red River College. She has been working in libraries for over 30 years. She has worked as a cataloguer in elementary, high school and post-secondary libraries in Winnipeg. For 10 years she work at the Mitchell Library in Glasgow, UK, cataloguing rare books and special collections. The Mitchell Library is Europe's second largest reference library.
Intention: Our intention is to initiate a conversation about this topic and to share all sorts of resources which can support our initiatives.
