Welcome!  Thank you for your interest in the NAMI Family-to-Family program.  This course is a free, 8-9 week educational program for the family member(s) of a person living with a mental health condition.

Family-to-Family is a designated evidenced-based program offered nationally and beyond, is highly praised, and popular.

The classes are led by two NAMI-trained family members with lived experience. The material includes presentations, discussions and interactive exercises. It focuses on brain conditions, medication and adherence, stress reduction, communication and problem-solving skills, resources and advocacy.  Participants receive a PDF or printed materials each week.

We will kindly get back to you soon, clarifying any details and discussing the next scheduled class.  We know that families with a mentally ill loved one, especially in this time of isolation and limitations, may experience exceptional challenges and worry.  We look forward to presenting this program to help you feel more confident about engaging with your loved one and learn how to best care for yourself in this journey.
