WMS SCHEDULE CHANGE REQUEST FORM
Please Note:
SCHEDULE CHANGES WILL NOT BE GRANTED FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
*. Teacher preference or the teacher gives too much work
*. Student would like to be with friends who are in a different class/lunch period
*. If seats are not available in the requested class, a schedule change will not be made
*. Schedule change requests that affect class size mandates will not be granted
*. Honors changes will not be made without consulting with the Honors teacher
*. Athletic changes will not be made without consulting with coaches
STUDENTS MUST CONTINUE TO FOLLOW THEIR CURRENT SCHEDULE UNTIL THEY RECEIVE OFFICIAL NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE. IF/WHEN YOUR REQUESTED CHANGE IS APPROVED, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED AND YOUR CHILD WILL RECEIVE A NEW SCHEDULE.
Approved schedule change requests are completed within 5-10 days of receipt.
