Summer School Sign-Up
LEAD Summer School at Burchell High School is excited to open sign-ups for this upcoming summer school session! Classes start MAY 27TH and will end on JUNE 13TH.

We will be meeting: TUESDAYS - FRIDAYS from 9AM- 2:30PM (doors open at 8:30)

We are currently working on having Busing, though limited, available.

Once we have more concrete information, we will communicate it to all registered students.

This is an In-Person learning model. Classes will take place at Burchell High School with teachers.  As a result, attendance is mandatory

There are three purposes of summer school this year:
  • ABLE Students: Finish incomplete courses; Graduate!
  • Gradient Students: Finish incomplete courses
  • Non-Burchell In-District Students: If you are interested in joining ABLE in the fall because you are behind in credits, this is a way to get started and to get to know the program.

ADVENTURE ACADEMY: Burchell will be offering its Adventure Academy this year that is led by Onward and Upward. Burchell is able to supply 12 scholarships, at $800 per student, for the two week program that will earn them a PE credit or a Health credit, depending on the needs of the students. Spaces will fill up fast, so Sign up today using the hyperlink below to fill out the necessary waivers for Onward and Upwards programs.

***OUR SUMMER SCHOOL PROGRAM IS FOR IN-DISTRICT STUDENTS ONLY ***
If you are an out-of-district student, and would like to join our ABLE Academy, you will need to fill out an application for the regular school year as we are unable to request records over summer break.

Before summer school begins, you will receive a confirmation email that you have been enrolled.  If you do not receive an email, please call the front desk: 907-864-2600.
