This enrollment form is for incoming 9th - 12th grades and 7th-8th weights

Please follow the directions and submit this form by April 26th, 2024. (Those needing credit recovery may submit after deadline if they have met with their counselor and it is necessary due to a failed class in Spring 2024.)

This session will be determined by numbers enrolled, meaning some courses may not be offered due to the lack of students wishing to take those classes. You will receive an email if a course you enrolled in is not being offered due to lack of student numbers.

If you would like to take summer school classes, please fill out the following form completely. Each class is worth 1/2 credit. All students taking summer school classes will be working toward earning credit toward graduation. Please follow the directions and submit this form by May 18, 2024.
