Physical day is only available for students enrolled at Bishop Ward High School who are in grades 9-12 for the 2020-21 school year.  This survey is to gather information to determine which student/parents interest in taking part in a Physical Day at Bishop Ward provided by Children's Mercy Hospital.  The physical will be valid through the 2020-21 school year athletic activities.  Physical Day is scheduled on August 13, 2020 starting at 12:30 pm.  More information on signing up and scheduling a time will be sent out at a later date. IF YOUR CHILD(REN) ALREADY HAS A COMPLETED PHYSICAL DATED AFTER MAY 1. 2020 YOU DO NOT NEED TO ATTEND.
