2023-2024 Additional Items Request Form
Please fill out the form below to request additional equipment provided by the Office of Student Involvement for your on-campus event. Requests must be made
AT LEAST TWO WEEKS PRIOR
to the date of your event. Any request made less than two weeks prior to the event date is not guaranteed fulfillment. Please see

for all information regarding equipment and technician requirements, and contact
sfbprogramming@tcnj.edu
with any outstanding questions. By completing this form, you can confirm the event you are requesting additional equipment items for is an
SAF-funded event approved by the SFB.
Note: Non-student organizations (i.e. Academic Departments) will be charged an additional fee for usage of equipment and spaces. Please inquire to
