Congratulations in taking the next step to get your products noticed in a brick and mortar marketplace. Our store is located in Toronto's West End along The Queensway, central to many established residential areas and new condominium construction. The Queensway is already home to many trendy shops, restaurants, and cafes. Best of all, Little Pink Brick House is the first vendor marketplace in the area. If you are ready to join us, please read through all the details below and fill out the application form.

We encourage all interested businesses to apply! Acceptance is based on a number of different criteria so that we can endeavour to provide the best chance of success for everyone. Please note that any businesses deemed to be selling illegal or counterfeit items will not be accepted.

We will endeavour to respond within a reasonable time frame for those that are accepted.

***Please note that an initial 2 month commitment for all new vendors is required***

At Little Pink Brick House we believe that vendors should keep as much of their hard earned profits as possible. Therefore, we do not charge any commissions on sales. We do collect 5% transaction processing fees to cover some of our costs for terminal, merchant, packaging, and card processing. Vendors are more than welcome to increase prices accordingly to account for these fees. Monthly marketing fees (and corresponding product display allocations) are as follows:

Half Shelf - (1.5' long x 16" deep) - $90 + HST + 5% per transaction processing fee + HST

Full Shelf - (3' long x 16" deep) - $150 + HST + 5% per transaction processing fee + HST

Double Shelf - (6' long x 16" deep) - $250 + HST + 5% per transaction processing fee + HST

Clothing Rack (for clothing vendors that require a hanging display) - (3' long) - $175 + HST + 5% per transaction processing fee + HST
