Vendor's signature on the application verifies that the vendor has carefully read, understands, and agrees to all provisions of this agreement. Any violations of the market rules and responsibilities will result in the following sanctions.
*First violation results in a warning.
*Second violation for the same offense results in expulsion from the market on that day.
*Third violation results in expulsion from the market.
Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Independence Farmers & Makers Market, Independence Chamber of Commerce, Independence Main Street, the City of Independence, Ane Mae's Coffee & Sandwich house and their employees and volunteers from any and all causes of action which may arise from the operation of this market.
By signing this application, I acknowledge that the agreement has been read and is understood, and I will abide by the terms presented in the information rules and regulations.
